1. INTRODUCTION

Tuschay Coin ($TSHY) is an ERC-20 Token established in March of 2021. The token resides on both the Polygon Mainnet and Ethereum Mainnet. Interaction with the token mainly occurs on the Polygon Mainnet while the token vault is on the Ethereum Mainnet. 

There is a maximum supply of 425 million $TSHY ever in existence. The token is the main underlying utility token of the ecosystem within the Tuschay Studio collection of NFT projects and is meant to be utilized as a spendable token to acquire NFT’s and other assets from Tuschay Studios and partners.

The token is distributed through airdrops to holders of collections from Tuschay Studios, (including but not limited to the Funguy Family collection), giveaways within the Tuschay Studios ecosystem, staking partnerships, and via a public pool on Cometh Swap (1).


At its launch, $TSHY is backed and supplied at a 1 to 100 ratio with $MATIC via staking pools found on Cometh Swap (2). The pool is resupplied on a regular basis with profits earned through Tuschay Studio collections, such as Funguy Family (3).

The coin was created to supply a means for owners of Tuschay Studios collections to earn a tradable asset over time that can be used to mint more NFT’s from other collections from Tuschay Studios. The token can also be exchanged for $MATIC which establishes an ecosystem where the owner of a token from any participating collection can earn the main utility token of the Polygon Mainnet. 

Utility of the token will occur through the Tuschay Coin Shop, a storefront to collectors where NFT’s, physical products, and services are available exclusively through $TSHY. 

2. TOKENOMICS

A total of 425,000,000 (425 Million) $TSHY will ever be minted. 

Distribution and allocation of $TSHY is as follows:

  • Community Distribution: 42.5% (Distributed at a rate described by collection formulas)

  • Tuschay Studios Vault: 42.5% (Vested for a minimum of 60 months starting March 2021)

  • Partnerships and Collaborations: 5% (Vested for a minimum of 24 months starting March 2021)

  • Team Distribution: 10% (Vested for a minimum of 36 months starting March 2021)

From the total supply of $TSHY, a minimum of 42.5%, or 180,625,000 $TSHY will be reserved in the Tuschay Studios Vault for future issuance to the community as the ecosystem grows for a period of 60 months. After 60 months the token will be released for distribution through the established channels as well as newly created channels as the technology grows and provides. Additional revisions to the whitepaper will be created and available to the public as the capabilities are increased.

A total of 42.5%, or 180,625,000 $TSHY is initially reserved and will be distributed to the community. The issuance and distribution of this token occurs on the schedules established by the collection formulas found in the next section and through giveaways and other incentives. The collections that receive the distribution of tokens will be expanded overtime and available in future versions of this whitepaper.

A total of 5%, or 21,250,000 $TSHY is reserved for future partnerships with other IP’s and brands. These partnerships and the details regarding any token distribution will be available for the public. The partner which receives the token is vested for a period of 24 months minimum as agreed to by contracts outlying the partnership.

A maximum of 10%, or 42,500,000 $TSHY is allocated for distribution to the Tuschay Studios team. Distribution of these tokens will occur on a monthly basis and the token is to be vested for a period of 36 months minimum.

3. COMMUNITY DISTRIBUTION COLLECTION FORMULAS

The monthly distribution of community tokens will be issued via an airdrop for owners of collections from Tuschay Studios and partners. A full list of collections receiving airdrops will be found in this whitepaper and will be modified and added onto in future versions.

Current list of collections receiving airdrop rewards and airdrop formula are the following:

  1. Collection Name: Funguy Family

    1. Collection Formula: (100 $TSHY x (# of Funguy Family NFT’s in collection)) x (1 + (Time In Wallet in Months) / 10) = Monthly $TSHY Airdrop Amount

      1. Collection airdrop example (for a collector with 5 Funguy Family NFT’s in wallet for 3 months): (100 $TSHY x (5)) x (1 + (3/10)) = 650 $TSHY


Airdrop Claim Process:

Until capabilities and further functionality are added to the token and surrounding collections to allow for airdrops that don’t require individual input, airdrops for holders of the collection must be claimed on a monthly basis. Holders from collections will have access to a new claim form available at the start of each month that will be used to request an airdrop of the tokens. Five (5) days prior to the end of each month, the form is closed and the token is distributed. Any tokens not claimed during the monthly cycle are subject to being forfeited and redistributed to the community pool of tokens. The claim of a previous month's tokens will not be granted unless there is a unique circumstance, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis and such information will be available to the public and disclosed to the community.

  • Oct. 2021 - Airdrop claim opens and is distributed on a monthly on-going basis to Tuschay Studios collection holders.

  • Q2 2022 - Tuschay Coin Whitepaper v2 and future roadmap expansion.

5. TOKEN OWNER RIGHTS

Ownership of Tuschay Coin $TSHY is open to any individual or entity. Token holders hold the right to:

  1. Participate in Tuschay Studios events.

  2. Receive $TSHY via airdrops and redemption.

  3. Sell $TSHY through centralized and decentralized exchanges where available.

  4. Acquire $TSHY through centralized and decentralized exchanges where available.

Token holders hold the right to participate in community driven event within the Tuschay Studios ecosystems including but not limited to: 

  1. Purchases from the Tuschay Studio collection of physical and digital art.

  2. Purchases from the Tuschay Coin Shop for community related projects and NFT collections.

  3. Participation in events within the Tuschay Studios metaverse experiences where available.

6. GOVERNANCE

The control and circulation of Tuschay Coin $TSHY and the governance of the $TSHY ecosystem and community will be managed through a system of community votes to establish changes within the current outlined architecture and related channels. The community can propose a vote to make changes that will then be considered for future updates to the token and it’s underlying principles, allocations, distributions, utilities, etc.
